Under NO circumstances will FTJ sell or receive payment for licensing or disclosing your personal information.
Use of Collected Information
The information that is gathered when you visit or enter FairyTaleJewels.com or when submitting information for the Pampered Princess Spotlight, is used for internal purposes only.
Personal information about you and your child(ren) is kept confidential at FTJ. We do not provide your physical address to third parties, nor do we publish your entire physical address, phone number or email address. WE do list your child's first name, last initial, age and state.
Photo Security
FTJ does not provide your child's photo to any third party. Photos submitted are handled by FTJ staff only. All photos are returned to you, provided you send a S.A.S.E. Winning photos become the property of FTJ and may be published on our website. Photos must be sumbitted by the child'e legal guardian (must be at least 18 years of age).
