Frequently Asked Questions

Where are you located?  We are located in Houston, Texas.  Our Corporate Office is located at 3880 Greenhouse Road, Suite 306.  Our office hours are currently by appointment only.

Can I come by and pick up my order?  Yes, you are more than welcome to stop by our office and pick up your order if you would prefer.

How long before my order is ready for pick up or shipped?  Our general turnaround time for orders is 3-5 business, but we as for a request by date so we can adjust accordingly.  We know life gets hectic and sometimes you need your gift "yesterday".  We are always happy to help you out if you are in a time crunch.  Just let us know so we can get your order together and ready for pick up or shipped out on time.  The majority of our items can be designed and shipped in one day if need be...just let us know!

Do you offer drop-ship and/or wholesale?  Yes, we do offer our product line drop-ship and wholesale to qualified retailers.  Please be prepared to provide a copy of your Re-Sale Tax ID and a copy of your business license.  You may apply for a wholesale by clicking here.

Is your jewelry lead free and cadmium safe?  Yes, all of our jewelry is lead free and cadmium safe.  We only use genuine sterling silver beads, charms and components.  We also use Chinese freshwater cultured pearls and Advanced Crystals by Swarovski.  All of our non-approved components are certified by a third-party accredited lab appointed by the Consumer Product Safety Commission.  All of our Certificates of Analysis are kept on file and available upon request.
