Shipping

Most jewelry orders will ship within 3-5 business days.  We will ask for a request by date upon checkout, as there are times when it may take a little longer.  If you are needing a RUSH order, we are more than happy to process and ship your order within 1-2 business days if we have all necessary jewelry components, etc. in stock.  There is no additional RUSH fee; other than the expedited shipping fee.

Domestic Shipping

All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service with Delivery Confirmation.  Insurance is optional (please request insurance upon checkout in the Special Instructions box).

USPS Priority Mail - $5.15  Most orders arrive within 3 days from shipment date.  Small rural areas may take 1-2 days longer to arrive.  Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing your Delivery Confirmation #.  You may track your package online at www.usps.com.  Please check your spam/bulk mail folder if you do not receive your shipping details within 3-5 days of placing your order.  Delivery timeframes may take a little longer around the Holidays.

USPS Express Mail - $18  Most orders arrive the next day from shipment date.  Small rural areas make take two (2) days to arrive.  Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing your Tracking #.  You may track your package online at www.usps.com.  Please check your spam/bulk mail folder if you do not receive your shipping details within 1-2 days of placing your order.  All packages delivered to a place of business will require a signature for delivery. 

Alternate Shipping Methods - If you would like to request a different carrier for delivery (such as UPS or FedEx), please contact us for delivery timeframes and a price quote. 

International Shipping

YES, we ship worldwide!  All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service with a  Tracking #.  Insurance is optional (please request insurance upon checkout in the Special Instructions box).  International orders are subject to duties/taxes and other fees associated with the importation of merchandise.  Please check with your local government agency if you have questions regarding VAT fees, duties and taxes.  Fairy Tale Jewels is NOT resonsible for any additional fees applied to your shipment.

USPS International EXPRESS Mail - $25 - $45 Most orders will arrive within 3-5 business days, should they not get held up in customs.  We have no control over packages that get delayed in customs.  We only ship USPS Express Mail because you are issued a tracking # and are able to view the status of your package throughout the shipping process.  If you are ordering 1-2 jewelry items, the cost is $25.  Other non-jewelry items or more than two jewelry items will cost $45.
