♥ Placing an Order Wholesale orders may be placed online by logging into our Authorized Vendor Login portion of FairyTaleJewels.com and using your registered email address and the password you’ve requested. Dropship orders may be placed by emailing us at sales@fairytalejewels.com. Once we’ve received your order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of the order.
♥ Minimum Orders There is a 12 piece minimum for wholesale opening orders and reorders. Dropship orders do not have a minimum order requirement. Wholesale orders that do not meet the minimum requirement will be automatically cancelled.
♥ Discounts Wholesale orders are discounted 50% (excluding any item that is personalized or custom, which are discounted 40%) and dropship orders are discounted 40% (which includes personalized and custom items).
♥ Lead Times Wholesale orders with 24 items or less will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. Orders with 24 - 49 pieces will ship within 2-3 weeks. Orders over 50 pieces, please allow up to 3-4 weeks. Dropship orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. If you have a customer that needs a RUSH order (shipped and delivered within 1-2 business days if placed before 12 pm CST), please contact us via phone to insure timely processing.
♥ Payment Terms We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. Dropship orders are invoiced bi-weekly (the 15th and the last day of the month) for any order submitted prior to and on the actual invoice date. You may either keep a credit card on file or we will send an invoice via PayPal. Wholesale orders under 24 pieces are invoiced net 30. Orders over 24 pieces require a 50% deposit upon order submission and will be applied towards the balance due. The remaining balance will be invoiced at net 30. Payments for net 30 accounts will be due by the specified date on the invoice. Orders not paid in full by the due date are subject to additional penalties and late fees as outlined on the invoice. If you have an issue with making your payment by the due date, please contact us so we may work out an alternative solution.
♥ Shipping Terms Wholesale orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail for a $10 flat rate. This includes insurance and delivery confirmation. Dropship orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail for a $5 flat rate and include delivery confirmation, which is emailed to you once an order has shipped. RUSH orders are shipped USPS Express mail with a tracking #. If shipping 1-2 jewelry items, the cost is $18. Non-jewelry items and three or more jewelry items will cost $28. We do ship internationally, but please email for a shipping quote. We are not responsible for shipping fees for returned items or re-shipments.
♥ Craftsmanship & Product Packaging All of our jewelry items are handcrafted to order with .925 sterling silver beads, charms and components. We also use Chinese freshwater pearls and cubic zirconium beads. All non-approved components have been tested by an accredited third-party laboratory to ensure they meet the requirements set forth by the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008. All of our jewelry items fall well below the 100 ppm lead requirements. Jewelry items are packaged in our signature pink jewelry boxes and wrapped with ribbon. Inside each box is a care and safety instructions card and an air-tight zip bag to prevent items from tarnishing. Gift notes are available upon request.
♥ Returns & Exchanges We are not responsible for orders submitted incorrectly. Custom and personalized sales are final. If there has been an error on our end, we will work to resolve the issue promptly. Re-sizing and re-stringing services are available for a $15.00 fee, which includes return shipping. We will gladly replace any faulty components due to normal wear within the first year (must be accompanied by a receipt of purchase). Wholesale and dropship returns/exchanges must receive prior approval. Items needing to be returned should be packaged in a bubble mailer and include a copy of the original invoice or where the item was purchased and a note explaining the exchange/return. We highly recommend delivery confirmation for returns and exchanges, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the mail.
